Pulsezy ("we," "us," or "our") is an adaptive workout planning application available on Android via the Google Play Store. By creating an account, accessing our website at pulsezy.app (the "Site"), or using the Pulsezy mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pulsezy. By creating an account or accessing the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Features may be added, modified, or removed as we evolve the product. We will communicate material changes via email or in-app notifications.
Pulsezy offers a free tier with core workout planning features and a Pulsezy Pro subscription that unlocks premium capabilities including unlimited AI Coach questions, advanced analytics, and more.
In-app subscriptions are processed and governed by Google Play Billing. We do not store your payment card details. Certain promotional purchases made on our website are processed by Razorpay.
The Pulsezy AI Coach provides general fitness guidance based on your workout data. It is not a substitute for professional medical, physiological, or nutritional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content on the Site and within the App, including text, graphics, logos, design, and software, is owned by Pulsezy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your workout data remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing hello@pulsezy.app. Upon deletion, your core data (profile, workouts, logs) is permanently purged.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In such cases, no refund of subscription fees will be provided.
Pulsezy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsezy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or through an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
