Submit a request to permanently delete your Pulsezy account and data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App (Fastest)

The fastest way to instantly delete your core profile and workout data is securely within the application.

  1. Open the Pulsezy mobile app.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Settings (Gear Icon).
  4. Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Confirm deletion.

Option 2: Web Request

If you no longer have access to the app and wish to initiate a formal data subject deletion request:

  • Email our support team directly at hello@pulsezy.app.
  • You MUST email us from the exact email address associated with your Pulsezy account to verify ownership.
  • Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  • We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data is Deleted?

Once your request is processed, the following data is permanently purged:

  • Your authentication records and password hashes.
  • Your user profile, name, and email mapping.
  • All workout logs, set histories, and custom programs.
  • Your physical metrics and progress logs.

Limitations (Subscription Receipts)

If you purchased a subscription via Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store, transaction logs and financial receipts are tied natively to your Google/Apple account and are retained by those platforms (and our integration partner, RevenueCat) for standard operational and legal compliance periods. Pulsezy cannot delete your core Apple/Google financial history.
